The post holder will provide compassionate and evidence based care and treatment to people who have an eating disorder. The clinical work will include assessment and quality intervention for clients to include care co ordination, liaison with families, GPs, community services, acute hospital provisions, specialist inpatient provisions and other appropriate partners. The post holder will have advanced assessment and clinical reasoning skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally experience of working within the eating disorder specialty.

Senior Nurse (Band 6) - RMN/RNLD

38.5 hours per week (Day Shifts)

Up to £50,300 dependent on experience.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse (Band 6) with expertise in mental health and learning disabilities to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with an acquired brain injury and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
• Valid UK NMC PIN
• Extensive experience and expertise in working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
• In-depth knowledge and application of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families.
