The Business Development Executive/ Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the ASEAN and European automotive aftersales markets. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and relationship building to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities in the ASEAN and European regions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of market changes.
2) Business Development:
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
3) Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.
4) Client Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
5) Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support business goals.
6) Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the ASEAN and/or European markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Mastery Auto Electric Sdn Bhd was founded in June 2019, with the main production of starters, alternators, and relevant automobile component parts. Secondly, grasped the key core technology of the products. Lastly is the implementation of the essence of lean management.
