Investor Relations & Treasury Senior Manager
Salary from £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
Permanent
Hybrid / Ashford, Kent
Here at Saga, the Investor Relations and Treasury team is the primary interface between Saga plc and the financial community; institutional and retail shareholders, debt holders, banks, sell-side and buy-side analysts. This central team’s focus is to ensure the Company’s overall strategy is understood by external stakeholders and that the business has the capital structure to support that strategy.
From an Investor Relations perspective, you will be key to creating effective materials to convey the Saga story by means of press releases, presentations and interacting with investors and analysts on a one-to-one basis, while the Treasury side of the team manages the Group’s liquidity, debt, hedging and investments.
On top of the external focus of this role you and the team will be responsible for keeping Executive Management and the Board abreast of developments impacting the capital markets and the trading of Saga plc securities.
The Investor Relations Senior Manager is a key leader within the team, deputising for the Director of Investor Relations and Treasury and taking accountability for the business-as-usual operations while playing a pivotal role in any ad hoc projects as required.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. When you do come into the office, it’ll be with a real purpose in mind – to meet with your team, to work together, and of course to socialise and celebrate too!
