CONTEXT The AHP Faculty Manager will work at a strategic level as part of the Mid and South Essex AHP Council to lead on programmes of work identified by Council as priorities for the AHP workforce across the ICS. The post holder will provide operational and programme management of identified functions, leading delivery of required outcomes within appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, and managing risks and issues to ensure successful programme delivery. ROLE PURPOSE The AHP Faculty Manager will work with MSE ICS colleagues to build a shared purpose and commitment to support AHP workforce transformation, training, and education alongside building a strong and sustainable AHP community across the ICS (the Integarted Care Board and the Intgrated Care Partnership) and region. The post holder will support the AHP Faculty to build on its portfolio of projects to assure an AHP workforce for the future. The post holder will evidence the value of the AHP Faculty and senior AHP leadership. To work in collaboration and in a matrix approach across MSE ICB (such as the People and Nursing and Quality Directorate) to ensure work is aligned and complimentary and to ensure efficiency and congruence. ROLE PURPOSE / SUMMARY The role of the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) is to join up health and care services, improve peoples health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities for our 1.2m population through our wider system and four Alliances. This role sits within the Nursing and Quality Directorate, in the All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) service, which incorporates the Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Children and Young Peoples Continuing Care (CYPCC) teams and the Neuro Navigation team. The AACC service delivers the statutory duties of the ICB to assess and to provide for services to meet the identified needs of those found eligible for Continuing Healthcare. The Role

Essential Requirements:
Good level of maths and written English
Experience of working with people with Mental Illness and/or complex needs and substance and alcohol misuse.

As a stock taking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Role Summary:

The Housing Management System Project Manager will oversee an 18-month project to replace the Housing Management System in Basildon. This hybrid role involves leading procurement, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with Council regulations. The manager will liaise with service owners and senior management, conduct training programs, and implement best practices for future operations. Key responsibilities include risk management, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement of ICT services. Extensive experience in public sector procurement, housing services, and IT project delivery methodologies is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the HMS project on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Lead procurement activities to purchase the appropriate product for housing services.
Maintain knowledge of housing services to address relevant design questions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify further benefits.
Prepare detailed project plans, track activities, and report to stakeholders.
Liaise with service owners and senior management to meet project requirements.
Coordinate resources and clarify expectations for project tasks.
Implement a comprehensive training program with SMEs and contractors.
