Manages and constructs investment portfolios in accordance with client investment goals and objectives. Advises clients on appropriate strategies and constructs and customizes portfolios according to client needs or preferences. Maintains a high level of collaboration with relationship team to provide effective strategies, solutions and optimal levels of service that exceeds client expectations. Position is expected to offer the complete breadth and depth of the Wealth Segment suite of capabilities. Position may manage Portfolio Advisor Associates and/or mentor less experienced Portfolio Managers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages investment accounts of a large and complex nature with discretionary latitude for advising, planning and executing investment strategies. Evaluates client goals and objectives, contributes to team development of relationship strategy and constructs investment portfolios to execute strategy. Reviews and structures investment portfolios in accordance with client objectives and investment policy, initiates investment programs and executes appropriate transactions consistent with investment strategy. Advises clients and executes investment strategies consistent with the Principals of an open architecture platform. Pursues and implements broad asset allocation strategies consistent with the Wealth Segment's investment strategy guidance. Reviews portfolios to analyze investment performance. Maintains compliance with all internal policies and procedures. Maintains deep expertise in financial markets and other related areas while also participating on or contributing to various investment committees. Has the knowledge and ability to manage investment portfolios within a fiduciary framework. Assists the relationship management team in the development of investment policy and strategy. Actively engages with the relationship management team in relationship reviews and offer ideas and strategies to actualize client aspirations and further position Key as the client's trust advisor. Interfaces with other Wealth Segment advisors and sales team members as necessary to provide exemplary service to the client. Provides timely feedback to the Relationship Manager regarding important/critical events and/or discussions that occur with the client. Confers with clients other advisors to provide advice relating to asset allocation and the execution of overall investment strategy. Works within the relationship management team to introduce existing clients to the breadth and depth of products and services of the Wealth Segment, showcasing capabilities to further business development objectives. Is well versed in, and can articulate the competitive advantages of the Key Private Bank platform and process as a portfolio advisor. Responsible for either meeting or exceeding assigned individual sales goals which can include expanding existing client business, referrals and or new business growth. In conjunction with other members of the relationship team, meets and communicates with clients, prospective clients, and centers of influences, fostering business relationships to develop new business referrals and to enhance the Community Bank's image.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree in a business related field. 10+ years of experience in the investment management field. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal). Strong client focus. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work as part of a sales and client servicing team. Experience and proven success in an open architecture environment. Progress towards advanced degree or professional certification. Demonstrated track record of sales success. Experience managing a high net worth book of business. As part of the Digital Marketing team, the SEO & Digital Content Manager will report to the Digital Marketing Director lead strategic SEO implementation across Fifth Third properties, as well as content development for long- and short-term initiatives, campaigns and programs. • Develop and manage an industry-leading SEO and content strategy that leverages industry trends, established best practices and best-in-class content.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required. MBA and or other certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years accounting or related experience. Banking or Public Accounting experience a plus.
• Previous Management experience required.
• Proficient in advanced spreadsheet applications.
• Demonstrates ability to learn and understand financial systems such as TM1, Managed Pay, GEAC and Frontier.

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for regularly managing and directing the work of a team of Fleet Drivers, Dispatchers, Coordinators, Analysts, Logistics Associates, or other positions deemed necessary in performing the Transportation related operational functions within a designated territory.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associate Development:

• Directly manage territory Fleet Drivers including the performance development, scheduling and training, etc.
• Work with internal fleet drivers to share goals and strategy in local market
• Ensures positive associate engagement and associate development through timely and   effective feedback, to include individual meetings, file reviews, performance management, and the Annual Performance Review (APR) process

Executing day to day operational logistics functions:

• Problem solve and exercise judgement to make modifications to daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
• Directly manage regional fleet drivers including fleet safety within the region
• Achieve daily KPI metrics to include 98% or better on time performance score, Bill of Lading utilization as determined in each lane by the senior manager, dwell time management
• Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day by answering incoming calls
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers  
• Monitor route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
• Champion and implement both company and store initiatives for consistent execution, continuous improvement and ensures team is trained on CarMax standards
• Utilize reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the territory
• Monitors standard reporting for their territory to determine priority level of moves.
• Communicate to key stakeholders all pertinent information captured after all store visits, conference calls, work groups and team meetings.  
• Partners across Merchandising, Operations, & Sales to produce daily ship plan with staffing targets
• Partner with third party vendors to provide fleet coverage as needed
• Manage daily hub operations which includes coordination of shipping and receiving
• Partner with Senior store leadership to address operational constraints
• Responsible for maintenance and repairs for all fleet equipment to include scheduling and partnering with lease vendors
• Displays financial responsibility

Internal Fleet Management:

• Monitor our telematics provider for violations or safety concerns and provide feedback to fleet drivers
• Coordinates with Background Screening and ensures all internal fleet driver DOT qualification documents, and DOT requirements, are current and in compliance with DOT regulation.
• Work with CarMax telematics solution to measure fleet performance
• Communicate KPIs to ensure service alignment & visibility to stores
• Partner with Home Office Logistics team to align performance and future needs.

Education and/or Experience:

Previous management experience with retail management preferred. Completion of CarMax provided training · Bachelor’s Degree a plus Intermediate PC skills. Dedicated fleet or logistics experience preferred.

Language Skills:

Strong communication skills required (both oral and written) to act as principle point of contact for the department.

Mathematical Skills:

Strong mathematical skills required to perform rate evaluations and to evaluate total transportation expenditures.

Reasoning Ability:

Strong ability to evaluate and negotiate all related department decisions while establishing lane rates, delivery time frames, and acceptable timelines for dispatching.

Working Conditions:

Combination of both office and outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions.

• Requires non-manual work that may require walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays.
• Requires ability to travel 25-50% as needed.
