As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. About the role

As an Administration Manager at MHA no two days are the same. This exciting role involves working as part of the management team, alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager with responsibility for ensuring the business functions across the Home run efficiently and effectively with particular emphasis on customer service, finance, recruitment and personnel.

As a stock taking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. Lead on development of Health Care Support Worker development programme, including but not exclusive to, HCSW induction, Care Certificate, and operational lead for Trainee Nursing Associate and BSc Nursing Apprenticeships and associated programme placements.

Pro-actively influence and negotiate when required with colleagues in the Trust of the new opportunities that there may be for the use of apprenticeships, applying expert knowledge of apprenticeships and workforce redesign coupled with significant change management skills where there may be resistance or reluctance on the part of service/department leads
