We're currently looking for a Team Manager to join our friendly Transport Team in Hatfield. In this role, you are pivotal in managing the day to day interactions in our Transport Admin Office. You'll be managing the admin processes, driver's schedules and vehicle management to ensure we are compliant with driving legislations and that we are getting our trailers out on time.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Shift Manager, you'll be helping the Transport team to ensure delivery schedules are achieved. You'll be managing several key tasks including:

• Administrative support, making sure drivers hours and absence are tracked and cover is in place.

• Managing the communication with the drivers to ensure they have the information they need to get out on time.

Your new company
My client is a leading brand in the Pharmaceutical centre and has a global footprint. An opening is available for maternity cover which will be for a minimum of 12 months. Ideally, you will start at the beginning of November to allow a handover. The tax specialist will cover all taxes and it will have a focus on tax compliance and reporting, with opportunities to be involved in advisory aspects. Your new role
You will

• Support the management of the direct and indirect tax compliance processes (namely corporation tax, VAT, plastics tax), which are undertaken by the in-house tax team, the accounting shared services centre and/or outsourced to external tax advisers, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to
• Support the oversight of the monthly group and annual statutory accounts reporting process as it relates to tax, which is undertaken by the accounting shared services centre ensuring all deadlines are adhered to

• Support the team to provide tax guidance, advice and support across all taxes to the business and wider organisation
• Annual PSA preparation and submission (assisted by an external provider)

• Support the implementation of the Global tax policies, including transfer pricing

What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant or tax professional, available to interview during October for a November start. Previous in-house experience at Manager level is desired. Exposure to multiple taxes would be an advantage, both direct and indirect, perhaps with a leniency towards indirect taxes. Excellent written and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and research as needed. You will report in and receive support from the Director of Tax.

Allington Court celebrates an Employee of the Month, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation, it's not just a facility; it's a vibrant community where a great team of nurses and a dedicated head of care ensure that every resident feels supported and valued.

You'll help us make health happen by:

· Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.

· With the help of your team, you'll create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records. · You'll ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.

· Provide day to day support and guidance to the team - promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.

· You'll build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community.

· Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, you will liaise with these partners, playing an important role in raising the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.

· Key Skills and Qualifications Required: · You hold a valid UK NMC pin and stay committed to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.

· You understand the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.

· You stay up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.

· You can build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.

· You are excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
