You will work closely with our creative and passionate management team which when complete comprises of a registered manager and two depute managers.

You will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth day to day operation of our services. Excellent communication and digital skills will be required in order to do this effectively.

It will be essential for you to build positive relationships with the users of our service and their parents/carers/guardians who must be included, involved and central to any developments within their own support packages or the wider service.

Partnership working with multi-disciplinary partners will be an integral part to this role, you will be able to network and communicate effectively with these partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.

Ensure adequate maintenance logs (including downtime reporting) to allow timely and accurate data collection allowing data led decision making.

Ensure completion of all PPMs by maintenance technicians as per requirements. Carry out analysis of equipment failures to identify trends.

Experience & Skills

Qualified to a minimum of HND level in an engineering discipline (or equivalent) or can fully demonstrate comparable experience

What skills and experience we're looking for

Ossett Academy are seeking to appoint to the role of SEN Learning Manager to deliver planned intervention to identified groups of pupils, assess and record pupil progress and provide feedback to pupils, staff and parents/carers. The successful applicant will advise and guide SEN Learning Mentors under the direction of the SENCo to support in the effective delivery of Education Health Care Plans, Pupil Learning Plans and wider SEN provision at the academy.

The successful candidate will have oversight of and deliver planned intervention to identified groups of pupils and will assist in coordinating support within the curriculum for SEND pupils.

The successful applicant will be required to deputise for the SENCo as and when required.

In this varied role applicants will be required to demonstrate flexibility, have experience of working with vulnerable/challenged/challenging children and young people and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students alike.

We are seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to lead our butchery department at our Droitwich location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working closely with both the food hall and kitchen teams to deliver a high-quality product offering and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the butchery team, ensuring high standards of customer service and effective task delegation
• Work hands-on, preparing and cutting meat and poultry to ensure high-quality products

• Visual merchandising experience and a creative flair for creating eye-catching displays
• Proven experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and support staff
