Servant leader in direct supervision of assigned business unit support teams and process Line Leads. Oversees respective manufacturing operations to ensure all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) programs and Key Process Indicators (KPIs) goals are being meet. Vast familiarity with manufacturing process flow, material handling, production assembly and packaging processes.

Develop and implement programs assuring processes and products that meet or exceed standards and specifications. Escalate any quality risks and opportunities to management immediately for resolution. Promote a zero accident and right the first-time culture.

• Create and maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing employees on the use of controls (procedures), equipment and resources.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees.
• Plan, communicate and monitor job expectations towards all SQDCP KPI’s to all team members.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees enforcing BD policies and procedures.
• Does yearly performance reviews of the team and ensures every individual has an active development plan in place and does regular 1:1s with each team member to review performance and help them to grow.
• Actively participate in all employee recognition initiatives and programs targeting SQDCP.
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establish priorities, monitoring progress, reviewing plan adherence, escalating, and resolving opportunities (related to SQDCP) and reporting shift results.
• Provide key manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing data.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports as needed or requested.
• Monitor compliance, good manufacturing/ documentation practices.
• Revise procedures and documents, such as standard operating procedures and manufacturing related documents.

• Initiate and foster interdepartmental cooperation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years people lead/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 1+ years’ experience in planning and supply chain management.
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Experience working in Cleanroom environments (ISO 7/ Class 10,000)
• Knowledge of 5S and Continuous Manufacturing Flow.
• Bilingual Spanish - English

Position Summary

Reporting to and together with the Senior Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager, SVEDKA has a General Management approach and broad range of responsibilities that will assist in delivering specified business targets (volume, profit, share) through the development and execution of all brand strategies and plans across Price, Promotion, Packaging & Product. These include brand plan development and execution, ongoing actionable business analytics, media campaigns, sponsorship and event activation, business budgeting and financial analysis, cross-functional team leadership, insights led innovation strategy and development along with supporting project management, integrated marketing communication, and retail/on premise point-of-sale development and execution. 

Responsibilities

• Supports development and implementation of the annual brand strategy and marketing plan to create consumer demand based on strong business analytics.

• Assists in the development and implementation of short- and long-term marketing objectives and strategies.  Participates in the development and leads the execution of brand plans and tactics to deliver against agreed upon brand and business goals. 

• Leads brand business analysis efforts.  Continuously monitors business and brand health performance using internal and external data resources to identify issues and opportunities to drive both brand development and volume performance, and to deliver actionable insights.

The Financial Crimes Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for driving team performance and quality.  

The responsibilities will include:

What You Will Need:

The M&A Accounting Operations team supports company-wide strategic initiatives such as those revolving around our business model transformation, mergers and acquisitions and digital financial transformation.  The M&A Accounting Operations Manager will support the M&A Accounting Operations Senior Manager for revenue operations in all mergers and acquisitions and will be instrumental in financial quote to collect integration of acquired companies. • Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.)

• 7+ years relevant work experience, preferably a mix of public accounting and private industry

• Knowledge of a broad range of revenue (ASC 606) and accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders

• Ability to manage a team of professionals, juggle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.

This job is responsible for supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager and as a market-level resource. Key responsibilities include managing as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture. REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
