• To manage, monitor and report for AML/CFT/CPF transaction monitoring (TM) activities, reviews of TM alerts, perform periodic review, conduct STR related investigations and investigation of potentially suspicious transactions and/or high risk customers, including fraud investigations and law enforcement agencies related investigations. The role includes establishing and on-going analysis on relevant internal criteria and red flags to detect suspicious transactions, maintenance of negative listing, managing effective day to day AML operations handling and maintenance of AML systems and monitoring tools. 
• Manage and report the unusual and / suspicious transactions with escalation of AML concerns. Support Head of Compliance in liaising with BNM, relevant regulatory and agency to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and handling of audit reviews (internal and external) engagements.
• To support Head of Compliance in updating and implementing the Group Compliance policies, manuals, procedures, systems and control mechanism in complying with applicable laws and regulations, including AML/CFT/CPF regulations and best practice. 
• To ensure proper record keeping and confidentiality of all AML related reviews, assessment and investigation. Draft periodic reports and management papers to the relevant committees as tasked by Head of Compliance which may cover updates, escalations of non-compliance incidents/issues.
• To provide regulatory advisory to all compliance related enquiries from business units with proper understanding of the business processes. 
• To draft and review compliance training materials and to conduct regulatory compliance training including AML/CFT/CPF awareness training and program.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fraud Manager to join our team.

Fraud is a growing problem, making up 40% of all crime in the UK, with Insurance Fraud in particular on the rise. We have a continued focus on fraud detection and investigation, as well as emerging trends such as AI, to protect our customers and our business.

Are you experienced in and passionate about detecting, investigating and preventing Fraud? Do you have Insurance and/or financial services experience? Are you a great coach, and passionate about developing others to be great investigators?

As a Fraud Manager you will lead a team of fraud investigators within Home Insurance claims and collaborate across the department and the wider business to emphasise the importance of fraud management. You will collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and also work with and advise Senior Leadership to shape our future fraud response.

With around 600 proud and passionate colleagues based across the UK, managing claims spend of £250-300 million each year and Fraud savings of £9-10 million - this is an exciting team to join and a growing business.

What you'll need
As a Fraud Manager you'll lead, manage and develop the performance of a team of Fraud Investigators, to deliver for our customers and our business. You'll inspire, engage and lead your team to be expert Fraud Investigators and be the teams point of escalation.

• You'll have a strong background within Fraud and investigative techniques, able to lead by example and inspire team excellence in Fraud

• Coaching excellence - to ensure quality of customer service is maintained and your teams capability grows, by reviewing and coaching the teams work

• Data literate - to ensure progression of claims within your team and identified Fraud savings and opportunities

• Support your teams Health and Wellbeing through effective application of the groups policies

• Keep our business safe through the effective management of risk within Risk Management policies, processes and procedures

And any experience of these would be really useful

• General Insurance experience and/or knowledge of claims processing. Professional qualifications advantageous

• Fraud experience within Financial services, or the wider industry. Professional qualifications advantageous

• The ability to build effective teams - to lead teams to achieve a common goal

• The ability, capacity and desire to make considered and effective decisions, come to sensible conclusions, perceive and distinguish relationships, understand situations and form objective opinions

Your new company
A multi-generational family run property management business based in North Yorkshire requires an experienced asset manager to join their property team. With a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial units.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be office based apart when travelling to site. You will be part of the team managing the company's property portfolio. You will manage lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and other landlord-tenant matters. You will work closely with the team to optimise asset performance, drive value, and ensure the successful development and delivery of an agreed asset management strategy. You will also play a key role in supporting and delivering development projects throughout the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate a previous track record of successful asset management of industrial, retail or commercial properties. You will need to be able to drive and be willing to travel to sites a couple of days a week. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both blue chip businesses and smaller boutique business owners is essential to the role. Agile and solution focused are characteristics I would use to describe the successful individual.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a salary of circa £60,000 depending on your experience. Mileage is paid at 45p a mile for your first 10,000 miles. Holidays are 25 days plus bank holidays and pension is negotiable.
