Marketing Manager
I\'m looking for a creative and strategic marketing manager to join a high-performing team, to drive innovative marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.
Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email, video, and print.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use data and insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and activities.
• Manage and coordinate external agencies and vendors, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and media outlets, to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services.
• Create and present marketing reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Recruit, train, and supervise marketing staff and interns, and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role, preferably in the roofing industry.
• Creative and project management skills and experience, with the ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Analytical skills with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits, and measure and evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities and markets, and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach, with the initiative and drive to take ownership of marketing projects and tasks, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Customer focus, with comprehensive knowledge of roofing products and their applications, and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and expectations.
• Presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence and convince potential and existing customers and partners.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
• Digital marketing skills, including website management and SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing, and video production experience.
• Effective management and planning skills, with the ability to set and achieve marketing goals and objectives, and manage the marketing budget and resources.
• Negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate favourable terms and conditions with external agencies and vendors.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Good powers of delegation, with the ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to marketing staff and interns, and provide guidance and feedback.

Salary - £28,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent on experience

Description:

• You will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child's life. You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support
• You will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers
• You will be committed to making a difference, this includes being responsible for staff supervisions, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas and making that education is supported

What is required?

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Have at least 2 year's experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people
• Drivers license and access to a vehicle
