As our Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organising the activities of the Food and Beverage Departments to ensure a consistently high-quality food product and service levels.

To succeed as our Director of Food and Beverage, you will need:

• Experience from Large-scale F&B Operations: Proven experience managing large Catering & Events (C&E) business operations, with multiple F&B outlets and kitchen management responsibilities.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• F&B Systems Expertise: Proficiency in F&B management systems such as Micros Simphony (or relevant POS), table reservation systems, catering controls, and payroll management systems.
• Food Safety & Licenses: Possession of an Alcohol Personal Licence and completion of relevant industry courses. Food Safety Level 4 certification is preferred.

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. OVERSEE AND MONITOR DAILY SPA OPERATIONS

• Lead Spa team to maximize treatment bookings and yield management
• Facility walk-through to ensure that standards are met

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department heads across all areas of the hostel, including housekeeping, front office,.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Work closely with department heads to set departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to create a highly motivated and engaged team.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best dpractices, implementing innovative strategies to improve hostel operations.
• Prepare reports for senior management on the hostel's performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Alliance Partner (Google), to jointly originate Security opportunities and increase qualified pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with Sales Capture Lead.
• Execute the offering activation strategy, confirming strategic alignment between Accenture and the Partner.
• Develop and align field engagement with Alliance Partners framing the unique value proposition for the offering in combination with Accenture Security.
• Develop strong relationship with Alliance Partner executives to identify accounts to approach jointly.
• Manage relationships with the Alliance Partner sales team throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Bring strong knowledge of offerings into partner, client team, and client discussions.
• Leverage enablement materials on offerings, adjusting as needed to fit a particular client’s situation.
