What you'll be doing;

• Liaise with relevant individuals to ensure customer queries are resolved. Escalate when required to Management Drive and promote a culture of high performance and excellence in line with our organisational values
• Ensure all Veolia policies, processes and procedures are adhered to
• Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of goods & ensure delivery timescales are met
• Process invoices raised by suppliers to ensure that payment terms are met
• Administer purchase orders, disposal invoices, subcontracted collections and associated invoices
• Encourage 'Stop the Job' if it's unsafe, report to your Supervisor
• Report all service, safety and environmental concerns
• Support drivers to act on issues identified on the rounds
• Undertake debriefing of drivers and escalate or resolve issues when raised
• Monitor service performance, tracking KPI's and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for Drivers to improve and enhance the customer experience
• Take ownership of service-related problems, following up with appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution

• Previous experience in an administrative function to include reporting on performance and processing of invoices.
• Maintenance of systems and record-keeping
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Order picking and packaging books and toys using RDT technology to a high standard of accuracy
• Duties may include but not limited to sorting, picking and packing.

• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
• Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
• Assist other team members as necessary
• Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks

As an Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor (Title 32), WG-8852-11, you will perform the below duties:

1. Planning: Plans weekly or monthly work schedules and sequence of operations. Establishes deadlines and priorities based on established general schedules, methods and policies. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Search Consultancy construction team are looking for a gateman/labourer to start on a new project in Rotherham Killamarsh. Building a new café for a country park.

You must have transport. You must have a CSCS card and gateman experience. The role will include manning the gate, letting in deliveries and materials. Also labouring around the area.

The rate is dependent upon experience. The work will be long term, at least a year of work and is to start asap. There is free onsite parking. We have lots of work and strong relationships with major players in the market. You will be paid weekly on a Friday and will receive regular visit from your consultant. If you do well in this role, we will try and keep you in work.
