As an Essex EP you will be supported via a comprehensive induction process and an exemplary programme of ongoing clinical supervision. Ongoing projects also include VIG, and ELSA. Our Educational Psychologists also provide support and guidance to schools and settings following a Critical Incident. In addition, there are opportunities to develop your own special interests by working alongside Essex's strategic leads relating to specific areas of SEND.

We are looking for candidates who:

• are eligible for Graduate membership with the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS);
• hold a Doctorate or a Masters degree in Professional Educational Psychology;
• are registered with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist or will be eligible for registration with the HCPC at the end of their training;
• have a good understanding of relevant legislation and evidence-based approaches and interventions; and
• are committed to applying psychology to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Essex.

You will be an autonomous practitioner who will lead on IR(ME)R legislation and patient safety to contribute to the continuing development of radiology practice.
• To lead on IRMER legislation and patient safety within all the Diagnostic Imaging Departments within ESNEFT.
• To take the Radiographic lead in the development, implementation, compliance, and review of IRR and IRMER policies and procedures within Medical Imaging.
• To promote a good working relationship between the Imaging department and Radiation Safety & Imaging Physics (RSIP).
• To facilitate and support with radiation incident DATIX investigations, and Internal Investigations or Serious Incidents.
