Platform Property Care are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our established Mobile Caretaking team as a Caretaker, delivering day to day caretaking service of our estates, blocks and schemes in Worcester and Droitwich.

What could you be doing?

You will carry out a range of activities to ensure our properties and the surrounding areas remain clean, tidy, safe, secure and in good condition. You will be helping to make our communal properties great places to live.

Day to day tasks will include keeping communal areas clean and hazard free, leaf clearance, weed spraying, litter picking, removing graffiti to maintenance and minor repairs and dealing with fly tipping.

This is a mobile role, mainly based covering our sites in Worcester and Droitwich so you would need to be based locally. There would also be a need to travel to our different sites throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire as required so a driving licence is essential. Access to a company van is provided so there is no need to use your own vehicle during the working day.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours a week Monday – Friday with core hours of 8- 15:30 with no weekend working.

We want somebody who has:

Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment undertaking cleaning and caretaking duties
