RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.

As a Customer Engineer, you will partner with Cloud Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, engage in proofs of concepts, and address any technical questions and roadblocks. You will use your expertise and presentation skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on Google Cloud.

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Share enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
• Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environments and provide recommendations on a prioritization roadmap for infrastructure and application modernization.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution on Google Cloud.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and pen testing.
• Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers and firewalls.
• Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships from scratch, with excitement for building Greenfield territories in SMB, Mid Market and Startup accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attend to event and tour enquiries received online and via hotline.
• Assist with StarTix Website content update.
• Generate sales and ticketing related reports.
• Liaise with the various appointed ticketing agents and event organisers.
• Supporting ticketing and event operation at The Star Theatre.
• Administrative duties, including tickets issuance, tour bookings, casual rostering, and payroll.
• Manage venue’s Lost & Found inventory and reports.
• Assist with planning and execution of FOH’s yearly refresher and recruitment trainings.
• Updating of departmental policies and procedures.
• Procurement of miscellaneous items.
• Work on ad-hoc projects and portfolios tasked.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in admin, event operations, front-of-house, customer service and/or similar capacity is preferred.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with handling devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large pool of casuals.
• Must be able to work irregular hours, shift duties and on weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for software development lifecycle activities, including system study, analysis, design, code, test, and deployment for product using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5 and CSS.
• Work with project team members to identify product requirements and help define project scope, objectives, and plans accordingly.
• Write, analyze, optimize, and debug product application code to maximize performance and quality.
• Create automated unit tests and integration tests.
• Write and maintain the internal tools to diagnose software component issues, improve productivity of build and release.
• Document technical specifications and functional specifications
• Participate in agile planning and scope estimation for team projects.
• Mentor and execute in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience in user interface application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience in turning designs into responsive UIs with ReactJS /HTML5 / CSS (LESS)
• Experience in leveraging development workflow with tools like npm, webpack and Node.js.
• Experience developing in Node.js development.
• Experience with design patterns, performance/memory analysis, multithreading.
• Agile / Scrum experience including TDD, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill.
• Communicates well in English.
