• Oversee the day-to-day management of the 4-bed home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practices.
• Lead and inspire a team of carers and staff members to provide high-quality care that meets the needs of each child.
• Create and implement care plans tailored to each young person’s individual requirements.
• Be the Ofsted registered manager for the home, ensuring all reporting, compliance, and safeguarding responsibilities are met.
• Develop strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated support.

Key Requirements:

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
• A valid driving license is strongly preferred.
