An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Support Services & Community Division, at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The role of the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations is to be responsible for the strategic and operational management and delivery of all services and contracts within their portfolio. The role comprises of the day-to-day operational delivery of sustainable, high-quality services, maintaining and delivering against all performance targets and standards, as well as leading and overseeing the development and implementation of business cases and plans, whilst ensuring in partnership with the transformation team, the implementation of the service redesign programme.

This role requires significant engagement and working in collaboration with a number of different stakeholders, including commissioners, acute, primary care, and mental health providers as well as the public, voluntary and community sector organisations. LEADERSHIP DUTIES

· Promote a common vision and ownership of the organisational values and strategic objectives of MWL, advising on the service implications of strategic and operational policy decisions.

· Work with clinical staff in developing appropriate changes in clinical practice within the service sectors in line with MWL strategy.

KEY DUTIES Book outpatient appointments for patients Resolve patients, staff and visitors problems adopting a courteous manner at all times. Welcome patients to come into the ward/area and keep them updated on bed availability. Chase HRS (Health Record Supplements) for all inpatients and ward attenders Ensure any ward attender or outpatient activity is accurately recorded on the PAS system. Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.
