Job Purpose: The post holder will support the respiratory physiology service in the provision of respiratory diagnostics and sleep therapies to the Worcestershire population. The post holder will provide leadership and support to all junior clinical and administrative staff, escalate any concerns to the lung function service lead while monitoring waiting list targets are being met. The post-holder will be expected to function independently (upon qualification) as a respiratory associate and assist in other clinical areas as required. The post-holder will work closely with the staff within the wider Cardiopulmonary department and will be expected to travel to each of the 3 sites to offer support when required. The post holder will support the admin and clerical staff to ensure efficient use of NHS resources optimising the waiting lists, and ensure appointment lists are fully booked. Assisting in maintaining quality of the clinical investigation service provision, including audit, research and development, procurement and quality assurance of all equipment. Providing support in the provision and maintenance of IT systems supporting the department, ensuring system resilience and compliance, working with trust IT department and outside suppliers. Translate complex technical information through patient care to patients, their relatives and healthcare professionals. My public sector client based in Lichfield is looking for an Administration Officer, to support their Academy Team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £12.99 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, the role is currently working fully onsite with the possibility of hybrid working once training has been completed (roughly six weeks). Please note there is free parking onsite.

This role is within the Medical Academy Team, and you will be required to provide Course Administration Support. The key responsibilities are below:

# Updating course information and ensuring communication between individual applicants and course leaders/staff is open and clear

# Loading all course enrolment information onto the system to ensure that each course capacity is maximised, and any available spaces are filled for each course. Ensuring the correct candidates are put forward for the correct courses

# Creating and adding profiles for applicants to tutors listings

# Sign posting queries to the correct department in a timely manner

# Updates and regular communication between internal and external stakeholders

# Other ad hoc administration tasks relevant to the position

You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Assistant Site Manager

A busy housing contractor seeks to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a new development based in Stoke with 40 new build traditional homes for a housing association.

About the role - Assistant Site Manager

Reporting to the Site Manger the successful candidate will assist them and the rest of the site team to manage the building project in accordance with agreed timescales, quality and cost. They will ensure that plots are completed to a standard finish which will exceed expectations. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for ensuring that all site personnel (including subcontractors) comply with Health & Safety site rules
• In Site Manager's absence - induct new starters
• Ensure that the site is adequately secured at all times, that safe and acceptable working conditions are maintained on site and safety and welfare facilities are maintained to a good standard
• Participate in Pre-Site Start meetings following detailed preparation; studying drawings and specification, site inspection with Site Manager ensuring site is set up in both a timely and effective manner
• Produce short term working programmes to manage production in line with Development Programme
• Ensure consultant engineers provide all inspection and certification to comply with planning/building regulations requirements
• Manage and liaise with all specialised sub contractors to ensure works are carried out on time and to required standards
• Ensure all completion dates are met resourcing adequate staffing requirements where applicable
• Carry out routine inspections (minimum twice per day per plot) to ensure that instructions are carried out
• Liaise with Local Authority Inspectors for Key Stage Inspections
• Progressively and formally inspect all stages under construction (including Stage 4, Pre-Plaster, Pre-Paint; to identify/rectify any defects eradicate recurrent problems.
• Ensure materials are stored securely and in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations to minimise loss and wastage
• Advise the Site Manager of material shortages and excesses in order to adjust schedules
• Ensure waste materials/packaging are recycled where possible in accordance with the waste management policy
• Complete the daily Diary and also the following weekly reports in Site Managers absence:

Assistant Site Manager experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role working on housing developments
• Up to date relevant knowledge of building and Health and Safety legislation
• SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card, NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction
• Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
• IT Literate

Principal build contractor are looking for a Senior/Site Engineer for a QA/Checking role on the construction of a new build student accommodation project. Due to some of the nature of works involved it requires an engineer that has current/previous experience working on projects that include reinforced concrete frames/structures.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager your primary role will be the supervision for the groundworks/frame contractor ensuring that their setting out works are completed and correctly checked for the main building for a new student accommodation building which also includes a reinforced concrete basement, the provision of as built records, QA documentation as well as input with any planning and design issues. You will also be involved with site progress meetings providing input into the delivery of the project

CSCS Card will be a mandatory requirement as well as a proven track record doing a QA engineer role
