About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our school in Berkeley, with an immediate start. This full-time, permanent role will involve working closely with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning challenges, creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, confidence, and positive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalised Student Support: Provide one-on-one and small-group support for SEN students, guiding them to participate actively in classroom activities and develop key skills.
• IEP Collaboration: Assist in implementing and adapting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers, tailoring learning activities to each student's unique needs.
