This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Social Value Coordinator, with a proven track record within a similar role, strong knowledge of Social Value legislation and best practice looking to work regionally across the Southwest. Traditionally projects range in size from £1M - £30M in value.

Manpower is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a leading food distribution company based in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with the chance for long-term employment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of food items to restaurants and shops across Swindon and surrounding areas.
• Perform 6 to 16 drops per day, depending on your route.
• Start times between 04:00 and 06:00 daily.

What We're Looking For:

• A Full UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply - full training will be provided, including 2 weeks of shadowing with an experienced driver.

Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team in our Head Office.The Service Desk Analyst works in the operations function, providing a single first point of contact to all users, for the resolution of incidents and the administration of IT service requests.Hours of work between are between 7am and 7pm but currently working 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, rotating shift pattern 07:00-15:30 / 08:30-17:00Based in Chippenham Head Office
Key Accountabilities

• Provide 1st line IT technical support, taking ownership of the customer Incident or Service Request and see it through to resolution
• Monitor support ticket queues ensuring incidents are actioned in line with SLA's
• Maintain support tickets correctly and keep the client updated with progress every day
• Ensure any Incidents or Service Requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk are escalated appropriately
• Create a positive impression of the Service Desk by building a rapport with the customer, focussing on business needs and delivering best possible customer service
• Handle all queries and updates professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service
• Assist with Infrastructure tasks as and when required
• Maintain user security on all systems
• Completion of Service Requests
• Administration of Active Directory, End User Devices, Office 365 and Business Applications

Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and quality technical support. They must be well organised, self-motivated, punctual, adaptable and flexible in their approach to work. They must also be able to prioritise a variable workload and know when to escalate a problem appropriately. They will be required to communicate effectively with pressurised users at all levels, often whilst under pressure themselves. Whilst demonstrating that they are an excellent team player.

• Proactive individual able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Excellent and demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
• Customer focussed attitude with positive approach
• Excellent telephone manner, listening and empathy skills

• Ability to follow processes, policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality of service

Your new role
In your new role as Fund Controller, you'll be ultimately accountable for running the designated accounting/operational teams to provide accounting, external and internal reporting, compliance monitoring, tax reporting, cash management, and oversight of Fund Administrators.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for driving through departmental and cross team improvements to achieve operational excellence, department planning to manage change and achieve strategic goals, and manage relevant teams including recruitment, training, motivation and development.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a senior management role within a financial services organisation, so to be successful you'll need:

• To be a fully qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Experience in consolidation accounting
• Experience in the asset management / financial services environment
• Ability to manage and motivate a team with multiple competing priorities
• Clear and concise communication skills to deal directly with Fund Managers / Administrators, Boards, Committees, Investors, and Audit Partners
