As a INSIDER THREAT INVESTIGATIONS ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

The incumbent will serve as an action officer supporting the requirements of the DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) acting as an Insider Threat Analyst in support of the Department's counter-insider threat mission and the DCSA's Adjudication and Vetting Services (AVS) mission. The selectee will be required to review reports meeting insider threat behavioral thresholds or anomalous behavior indicative of potential insider risk, access additional databases and resources, including coordination with component insider threat hubs, to help contextualize behavior, and complete analytic documents to support the DoD enterprise in mitigating risk and supporting rehabilitation of employees. This will be done in coordination with a wide range of subject matter experts available to support the analyst. The incumbent will work across divisions of the DITMAC and DCSA, coordinating with AVS to facilitate response and reporting of derogatory information, the Unauthorized Disclosure Program Management Office on coordination of the loss of classified and controlled unclassified information, the Performance, Requirements, Information, Standards, and Metrics division to ensure appropriate capture of data and statistics, the Behavioral Threat Analysis Capability division to deliver subject matter expertise to contextualize risk-based behaviors, and the User Activity Monitoring and Publicly Available Electronic Information division to help the governance and integration of those into the analytical process. This promotes the "one DITMAC" effort and supports the broader counter-insider threat enterprise and DCSA's

The selectee will work directly with DCSA AVS and must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to receive, process, and synthesize disparate data sets into a comprehensive, succinct, and quality written product is essential. A strong working knowledge of the MS Suite of tools, as well as the capability to adapt to a wide range of changing technology and tools, is necessary to complete the mission.

In serving in the insider threat enterprise, the selectee's integrity must be beyond reproach. As the counter-insider threat mission set is evolving, flexibility and adaptability are critical assets of any applicant. It is recommended the selectee receive conferral for the Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Fundamentals within one year, and the Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Analysis within two years.

Duties to include but not limited to the following:

• Maintains a current knowledge on procedures, policies, and directives related to work duties.
• Performs routine phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, aerosol respiratory therapy, oxygen therapy, incentive spirometry, chart documentation duties, direct patient care duties, patient and family teaching duties, and patient safety duties.

• Collects specimens for blood glucose analysis using the blood glucose monitoring instrument. Enters and verifies completed test results, and reports results to appropriate individuals. Calibrates, cleans, and maintains the instrument.
• Completes appropriate laboratory documents to accompany blood samples to the laboratory.
• Transports patients and specimens to required destinations.
• Prepares and assists with examinations, diagnostic, and therapeutic tests according to written procedures and policies.
• Performs and records a variety of advanced specialized treatments that include nasal, nasopharyngeal and/or tracheotomy suctioning, inserting urethral and suprapubic catheters, institutes and maintains bladder irrigations with three-way urethral catheters. Utilizes aseptic techniques when applying compresses or complicated dressings that may include irrigations and packing, and empties Hemovac and Jackson-Pratt drains. Provides care for patients requiring artificial ventilatory assistance.
• Performs clerical duties including answering phones, making copies, and other tasks as needed.

As an IT Specialist (Network), GS-2210-11, you will serve as a base systems administrator to monitor the Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN), including the planning, analysis, acquisition, design, development, implementation, quality assurance, configuration, installation, integration, maintenance testing, operational integrity, and/or management of networked systems for the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats. The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center is seeking to hire an Registered Nurses (PRN) to help serve our Veterans in our Dodge City, KS Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).

• Function as the Systems Personnel Automation Section (PAS) manager and technical expert on all matters related to Army military personnel information systems

• Maintains complete fund control records for health services funds allotted. • Issues correspondence to patients, health care providers and other agencies regarding eligibility, IHS policy and regulations, including letters of denial of payment where the requirements of the IHS Program are not met. Maintains program files including letters of denials with all backup material for reason for denial, elective procedures, etc. Completes timely response to Service Unit Appeals through review of case files and all supporting information. Maintains appeal record files in keeping with the appeal process contained in federal regulations or policies.
• Tracks all referrals to non-IHS facilities to include those referrals to other IHS facilities to support the Case Management activities and continuity of care efforts. Participates in the weekly Case Management meetings, takes minutes and prepares the minutes for record and reporting purpose. Researches and follow up with non-IHS facilities on weekly basis for current medical status and costs to determine whether the case will be a Catastrophic Health Emergency Fund (CHEF) case.
