About the team

In the role of Senior Officer within the Enquiries and Complaints Team, you will be tasked with effectively managing a wide range of enquiries and complaints. This includes handling allegations of wrongdoing in regulated qualifications, correspondence for the Chief Regulator and Executive Team, and parliamentary inquiries.

You will ensure that all correspondence and cases are managed in a manner that fosters public confidence in the regulated system. You will take a lead role in triaging contacts with the Enquiries and Complaints services consistently and promptly to assess the level of risk and the resources needed for effective responses.

What will the post holder be doing?

We also have an Adult Surgical Dayward located on Balmoral Level 2 adjacent to the theatres. The department of ENT is an extremely busy one, providing a combination of 35 inpatient and day case operating lists with dedicated paediatric theatres. These are all run through the central operating department and Surgical Day Ward. Our outpatient department is a dedicated ENT department supported by audiology currently based at the Leicester Royal Infirmary with plans to expand into the Elective Care HUB at the Leicester General Hospital at the end of the year. The outpatients department provides accommodation for the medical staff in fully equipped individual consulting rooms. We are looking to recruit an Systems and Reporting Apprentice to join our Systems team.
Working with the central systems and reporting team, develop the skills required to produce corporate standard business intelligence using modern industry standard tools. This will include data, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Office and tools from the Microsoft BI stack. You will be part of a central team supporting the wider college with information, intelligence and insights to help the college deliver its strategic and operational objectives. You will support college systems including the student records system and curriculum planning tools.
