We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of digital infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your duties will include coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for project personnel.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate and timely risk mitigation measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and correspondence.
• Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate required.
• Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industries
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice.

You will be joining our Affordable Housing team. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct all property management duties for the portfolio including full void turnaround – viewings, sign ups, mutual exchanges, processing renewals, arranging inventory and check out appointments, managing ASB, serving legal notices and attending court where required.
• To carry out estate inspections ensuring all communal areas are inspected and relevant actions completed in a timely manner.
• To progress and manage all residential compliance, tenant repairs and log all repairs via Qube PM software.
• To carry out property inspection visits and pre-check out visits with tenants for the portfolio.
• Keep and maintain all tenancy records up to date and assist with incoming and outgoing correspondance from tenants and the client.

Key Requirements:

• Car user – travel to sites will be required
• A good understanding and knowledge of Affordable rent unit management, residential lettings and the property industry
• Knowledge of housing legislation and current practice
• Experience of working in front line Housing Management
• Be able to perform a whole range of housing management, including voids, sign ups, estate inspections and reporting repairs.

Role Description (Secondary)

Responsible for overseeing all construction activities with respect to schedule, performance, procedure, and making recommendations to Project Managers for improvements and corrective actions in the project execution phase. Additionally, the role entails the overseeing of the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment, and the quality of construction, staff productivity, and safety. The Deputy Department Manager will also be responsible for all sites’ HSSE Management and compliance with local government and clients’ HSSE regulations.

• Ability to independently manage construction work in an operational plant (refinery).
