The role
Our Technology team are on a transformational journey, including modernising all our retail systems on Park. As an EPoS Analyst, you will define, build, test and support, the business in finding the right solution, collaborating with teams across the business.
As part of the Agile Technology team you will spend a lot of time talking to your customers across the business to determine the best course of action to help them solve their problems. Your inquisitive mind will help guide them.
Your Opportunity
- To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Defining the business opportunity
- Defining the business processes and operational value streams the technical solutions support
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participating in planning and create Iteration plans
- Conducting research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities
- Creating and testing the work products defined by their features
- Deploying the work products to staging and production
What we’d like you to bring:
- Proficiency in Zonal Business systems, or a similar Epos package
- Experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk or Contact Centre role
- Experience of hospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail, would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills – you will be working with colleagues across the business
- Logical thinking and a solutions oriented mindset
