Provide a professional clerical and reception service to the Therapies and Dietetic Outpatient Department (Suite 5) to ensure that patients, carers, staff and visitors receive a friendly, courteous and efficient service. To receive patients in a professional and friendly manner, check their documentation details on the Medway and/or EPR (SystmOne) and direct the patient to the appropriate clinic.
