Our client is a leader in waste management with a passion for delivering environmental solutions to create a better future for our planet. Due to internal promotion, an exclusive temporary opportunity to join their Customer Service team and help manage one of their larger accounts has become available.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who is known in the business for their friendly and nurturing management style, you will be responsible for:
Respond to and handle inbound phone calls
Process all incoming emails promptly
Arrange appointments for bin repairs
Create daily schedules for maintaining bins
Record and update daily information in the customer service report

About You
Previous Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry experience
Intermediate excel skills
Salesforce experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
