• You will maintain curriculum currency and perform curriculum development functions.
• You will review course testing programs to ensure that test design documents have been completed and that measurement instruments effectively measure the attainment of the objectives.
• You will establish training requirements and determine the training needs for personnel.
• You will evaluate courses within designated area of responsibility for applicability, adequacy, technical accuracy and accomplishment of training objectives.
