Job Description:
1. Provide support to manager on day-to-day work and operations
- Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation. (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial)
- Assist in reviewing and preparation of purchase order, quotations, invoicing and processing of payments weekly.
- Plan, organize, prepare for meetings and discussions – internal and external, online and offline.
- Ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters and with relevant parties for efficiency.
- Be point of contact for internal and external communications, coordination and correspondences with relevant parties.
2. Provide support in business processes
- Coordination, monitoring and communication of ongoing and new projects and tasks with relevant department, or external parties such as customers and suppliers.
- Administrative support on data entry and data-imaging for sorting, filings and/or retrieving of corporate records, business documents and/or reports.
3. Ad-hoc assignments – as and when assigned
Requirements:
1. Able to work independently and self-driven.
2. Professional proficiency level in verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good understanding on Teams / Zooms functions.
4. Good understanding on the entire MS Office.
