As a Naval Operational Planner, you’ll bring your Navy and Joint Planning Process expertise to work alongside thought leaders in data analytics and consulting on projects for our Navy clients. You’ll use your skills and expertise to develop effective mission command orders.
Work with us to analyze mission requirements, assess operations plans, develop plans and annexes, and coordinate with stakeholders to support Navy contingency operations.
You served your country as an Officer and an operational planner. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

You Have:
15+ years of experience in the military or government
10+ years of experience supporting Joint or Navy operations in Echelon III or above staffs
10+ years of experience in Navy or Joint Planning at the Operational Level of War
10+ years of experience conducting long-range planning and operational analysis to identify gaps in Fleet capabilities
Secret clearance
Master's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience leading Operational Planning Teams or Cross-Functional planning teams at the Navy or Joint level
Experience leading Crisis Action Teams
TS/SCI clearance
Graduate of Navy or Joint Advanced Planning School, such as MAWS, JAWS, or other service equivalent
Graduate of the Navy Maritime Staff Operators Course
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
