A prestigious new development is looking for a Residence Manger to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high-level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate may be a 5* hotel manager or assistant hotel manager looking for a new challenge. Or a Head Concierge looking for their next career move from a residential setting. You must be comfortable and thrive/enjoy dealing with the residence community as well as working closely with the developer.
There is an arrangement with a local Leisure club for the residences and the building boasts a roof garden and club room

Must have:

• Experience of working as Manager/Operation manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
• Facilities experience, health and safety knowledge, technical knowledge of a residents infrastructure - this is a new build so their will be snagging etc..
• Track record of delivering first-class customer service
• Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes

The client is looking for an ambitious individual as there is opportunity for growth with this role and the developer with opportunity to take on more once this residence has opened. They are keen to see candidates who are career minded.

Property Management degree is desirable but not essential.

Our client is looking for an experienced and exceptional individual to run their newly refurbish countryside pub in the heart of the Sussex, the pub has recently been completely renovated from top to bottom, with over 1 million pounds worth of investment. The aim for the pub is to be food led, serving pub classics in a relaxed, family friendly environment, that will be recognised as one of Sussex's top food destinations.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual who truly loves hospitality and strives to deliver the highest level of service to their guests. The ideal candidate should be from within a high-profile pub/restaurant setting where the highest level of service is offered. You should ideally have at least 2 years of experience as General Manager in a similar environment, although this is not completely essential as our client is open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to take the next step in their career.

As part of managing the day to day run of the pub, your duties will include the following -

• Managing GP to maximise profitability
• Training & development of the team
• Keeping up to date with all the latest trends within the industry
• Forming relationships with suppliers
• Ensuring that stock rotation is followed, and all storerooms, fridges and freezers are in order, temperature records are kept
• Overseeing the maintenance of the pub, equipment and organising repairs when needed
• Working alongside the Head Chef to develop new dishes and constantly monitor menus to attract more clientele
• Ensuring that guests receive a memorable experience

Job Title: Cleaning Account Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: 28K - 30K
Working Pattern - Monday - Friday - 40hr per week (occasional weekend work if required)

Search is proud to be partnering with a very successful cleaning business based in Crawley which has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join their operation. This position is ideal for an individual who has a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service through effective account management. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients mainly based in Crawley and the surrounding areas. This position requires someone who has strong leadership skills as you will be looking after a team of cleaning operatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage financial spending of the agreed portfolio
* Ensure the standard of cleaning and financial targets are achieved in all areas
* Keep accurate records on health and safety
* Ensure staff wages are processed accurately
* Recruit new staff where necessary
* Ensure sickness and holiday cover is arranged for your portfolio
* Check employees work on site
* Identify new business opportunities
* Control all stock and consumable delivery, usage and costs
* Build client relationships and attend regular meetings
* Keep accurate records on training and ensure refresher training is in place
* Attend disciplinary meetings as appropriate

Essential Experience

* Previous experience as a cleaner in a supervisory capacity
* NEBOSH OR IOSH certification is desirable
* Knowledge of health & safety is essential
* Management of staff within the cleaning industry
* A clean current Driving Licence is essential
