• General Administrative Law Advice. Incumbent supervises military and civilian senior attorneys and paraprofessionals, exercising a broad scope of responsibilities in the areas of general administrative law and policy considerations.
• Serves as a Primary Ethics Counselor for all USCYBERCOM military members and civilian employees.
• Serves as the Senior Civilian Personnel Law attorney for USCYBERCOM providing legal advice, in coordination with the SJA, to the USCYBERCOM Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, the Joint Directors and other staff.
• Conducts research in connection with pending civilian personnel law cases and analyzes factual and legal issues. Conducts pre­hearing examination of witnesses and other litigation matters. Prepares legal memorandums in connection with hearings.
• Serves as a supervisor and senior legal advisor to provide oversight of the USCYBERCOM Office of the Staff Judge Advocate’s General Administrative Law Division.
• Supervises, manages, and leads military and civilian attorneys and paraprofessionals.
• Refers civilian personnel grievances and more serious complaints, if unresolvable, to the Staff Judge Advocate. Effects minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings or oral/written counseling.
• Recommends action on civilian personnel law matters and general administrative law matters to higher level supervisors in more serious cases. Identifies career developmental and training needs of military and civilian employees.
• Promotes and assures compliance with the Command and the Army MEO/EEO programs and other policies and directives.
• Exercises seasoned judgment in keeping the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and Staff Judge Advocate updated on any significant personnel or administrative matters within the Division.

• This position serves as a Project Engineer for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy in the Facility Sustainment Directorate's Environmental, Engineering and Property Division.
• Serves as the project engineer and construction manager directly responsible for the accomplishment of Military Construction (MilCon) and major fuels Sustainment Restoration Modernization (SRM) projects and for the assigned AOR.
• Key duties include project engineering and oversight of all aspects of DLA Energy MilCon and SRM projects from cradle to grave. SRM projects include performing the Accountable Receipt Official duties for the assigned AOR.
• Prepares point papers, conducts briefings, attends conferences and meetings, and takes all other actions necessary to complete the project on time and within the programmed budget.
• Provides expert engineering guidance and technical advice to annual MilCon and SRM programs, work classification determinations, project prioritization, site approvals, Cont'd....
• Cont'd... recurring maintenance plans, facilities inspection services, life cycle cost analysis and common host-tenant support issues.

Job Duties

• Good sound electrical knowledge. Able to complete EICR's in commercial/Industrial properties
• Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
• 3 Phase DB changes
• To conduct electrical repairs / minor works.
• To liaise with the helpdesk for planned and routine maintenance programmes and reporting procedures.
• To work to recognised industry standards at all times.
• To maintain records of all work, and that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.
• To undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development to maintain current knowledge and professional qualifications (Continued Professional Development).
• Ability to act on own initiative.
• Able to pass enhanced DBS disclosure
• Full driving clean licence required (Minor offences / points may be considered).
• Own hand tools required, A van for business use, Tablet device and uniform will be supplied as will any specialist / test equipment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Must have previous experience working independently and within a team in the building services engineering industry.
• Ideally be ECS JIB registered
• C&G 2391 OR C&G 2394 & 2395 OR EAL 2625 (inspection and testing)- Candidates will be considered without this if they willing to do it and fund it themselves in the first 6 months
• C&G 2382 (18th edition regulations)- 17th will be considered if candidates commit to doing the 18th in the next three months
• C&G 2360 part 1 and 2 OR C&G 2330 level 2 and 3 OR C&G 2365 level 2 and 3 (electrical theory)C&G 2356 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2346 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2357 NVQ level 3 (portfolio/experienced worker assessment).AM2 (practical skills test)
