• Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time.

職位說明 ：

1. E 創建、策劃和管理在所有社群媒體平台（FB、IG、XHS、Tik Tok）上發布的資料（書面、影片和圖像），敏銳地洞察內容開發。並確保所有多媒體內容均符合公司準則並達到最高標準。

2.策劃行銷活動並發起行銷活動制定日常社群媒體訊息發布計劃，能夠監控和分析後期表現，並在所有社群媒體平台上製作廣告，以便更好地了解興趣、偏好和行為目標受眾。每個產品都應該有一個計劃，進行推廣，並有社交媒體、企業網站、廣告和產品描述的策略。應透過編輯和潤飾現有文字來提高可讀性。

3.監控新媒體推廣效果、分析、使用者回饋。總結並確定有效的營運策略，以提高用戶參與度、擴大粉絲群並促進更多互動。

4. 規劃、執行並專注於所有網路行銷活動和廣告，以達到或超過既定標準。

5. 能夠拍攝和編輯短視頻

6.維護和更新公司網站和社群媒體平台的相關內容。

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Finance & Admin Executive to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the external financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, and manage payroll (via HR Easily). Your role will also require you to manage the office administration and staff management. To ensure success as a Finance & Admin Executive, you should be versetile, dynamic and team driven. 

Responsibility :

• Processing invoices, work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments, and payroll.
• Assisting the financial management team with credit control processes,
  vendor management, budget planning, and expense analysis.
• Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and
  supplier information.
• Coordinating daily financial and office tasks.
• Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering
  office supplies, and updating inventory.
• Managing changes of staff members & financial information if needed.
• Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a financial admin
  executive, office administer, admin & HR executive or similar role.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel and Word a must). Knowledge in using financial and HR software an added advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong team player with solid communication skills.
• High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.(diploma or degree in any other field with similar working experience are encouraged to apply)
