Responsibility:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the digital marketing efforts for our cafes and coffee houses. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee culture, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of success in social media marketing.
Job Description:
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our cafes and coffee houses across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging and shareable content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcases our coffee products, menu items, and unique cafe experiences.
* Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations about our brand.
* Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and leverage them to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and objectives.
* Analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize future campaigns and improve results.
* Stay up-to-date on industry news and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and local communities to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
* Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings for our cafes and coffee houses, and address any customer feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Work closely with the management team to develop promotions, events, and partnerships that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
* Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
* Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
* Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
