Mobile Repair Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Repair technician to assist and support in running the store operations and repairing of mobile devices

Attractive remuneration package

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their enquiries
• Repairing of customer mobile devices
• Able to follow and provide team support.
• Diagnose customer reported faults on electronic devices.
• Perform daily repair solutions on software or hardware replacement to electronic devices.
• Able to do diagnostic test and identify malfunction of motherboard.
• Provide assistance to customers on enquiries of technical faults.
• Able to follow and cooperate with company guidelines and protocol.
• Provide and maintain professional and excellent customer service
• Drive and achieve monthly sales target
• Assist in merchandising and ensure good housekeeping in product display.
• Following up with customers for their pending repair/gadget orders.
• Preparing daily store incoming appointment orders

Job Requirements

• Positive Team Player
• Must have at least basic mobile repair skills
• Preferred with retail sales experiences
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
• Retail hour - 11am to 9pm (Weekday off)
• Islandwide store location
• Must be proficient in English, bonus to other languages.
• Bonus to individuals that is skilled in motherboard repair

Qualifications

• Singaporean / P.R / WP
• Must be willling to work as a team.

Social Media and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Shopee and Lazada.
• Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content to be shared across all platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
• Support in other digital marketing activities as needed.
• Daily posting of products, content on social media and ecommerce platforms.
• Plan and manage meaningful partnerships/tie-ups /promotions to enhance brand relevancy
• Support to execute marketing plans including localized contents, exclusive collections, and promotions
• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports for the directors.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of marketing/branding working experience especially in social media marketing, and familiar with current social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of popular social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for your team and clients
• Positivity, flexibility and resourcefulness

• Working Hours - 5.5 Days Work Week,
