- Performs functions of both a Resolution Specialist and Customer Account Specialist relative to the Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) Reserve Program.
- Serves as focal point for inventory transactions relating to inventory discrepancies (gains, losses, receipts, issues).
- Ensures asset balances are updated to denote whether an item is issuable or is blocked/suspended due to quality problems, safety, material condition, ownership, etc.
- Processes customers’ orders in Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) by reviewing every order for ODS Reserve controlled items requiring manager review prior to release.
- Provides product information to customer and handles emergency requests by following up with storage and transportation.
