ROLE SUMMARY:  

Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients. 

Elrexfio (elranatamab) is approved across 6 global markets including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting. Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, and there are 4 Phase 3 trials of Elrexfio currently enrolling, which investigate use earlier in MM treatment.

The Global Marketing Director, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio, and will be responsible for leading HCP marketing and brand strategy to maximize the brand opportunity across the lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility will include driving HCP strategies and execution to differentiate Elrexfio currently and in future indications within an increasingly crowded and dynamic MM market, optimizing the omnichannel mix, overseeing CI and competitive insights, and supporting regional and local pull through.   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

With minimal supervision responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Lead and manage the brand value proposition 

• In partnership with Business Insights and ensuring a diversity of sources, conduct market research to inform Patient Journey, Competitive Landscape and Positioning, with particular attention to future indications 

• Work closely with the Global Governance Team to own and evolve the core brand strategy and positioning for future indications 

• Optimize overall differentiation message relative to SoC and competition for HCPs and align to value proposition for other stakeholders, including market access, patients, regulators and policy

• Lead scenario planning in earlier lines and evolve brand positioning to pull through differentiation in future indications

Content/Brand development (cross-stakeholder) 

• Responsible for executing Core Content package for HCPs

• Liaise with key global cross functional stakeholders involved in the development and approval of the content including but not limited to legal, regulatory, and medical colleagues 

• Develop global guidance to optimize omnichannel execution in market and strategically allocate resources to maximize the value of globally-developed materials and channels (e.g., congress, training, speaker training) 

Ensure continued value proposition of Multiple Myeloma Franchise  

• Partner with Pfizer Competitive Intelligence team and cross-functional CI team to monitor competitive landscape across current and future indications, continuously driving alignment on implications, while projecting and tracking key catalysts, including competitive timelines 

• Lead team in leveraging CI to inform brand strategy, optimize differentiation, and develop competitive scenarios 

• Build and refine target product profiles to align with key stakeholder needs and incorporate clinical, regulatory, medical, and market access considerations 

• Integrate latest data and evidence into promotion working with the markets to optimize approach to messaging on maturing pivotal endpoints, real-world evidence, key sub-analyses, and quality of life 

• Drive HCP advisory boards/panels, and KOL stakeholder engagements through coordination with the Hematology KOL Strategy Lead 

Team leadership  

• Based on HCP stakeholder needs, ensure alignment of Elrexfio commercial strategy with clinical program, regulatory strategy and label, and real-world data plan to support key claims 

• Mentor and indirectly manage 2 global senior managers and 1 manager supporting HCP tactical execution 

• Support the annual operating plan process, long range forecasting, and oversee tactical plan development and budgeting 

• Manage key agency and vendor relationships to drive effective execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

BD's Corporate Development Department has responsibility for supporting the development and execution of both short- and long-term growth strategies of the Company and partnering with its worldwide business units, regions, and innovation center. Role Mandate:

The Director, Regional Sales ETFs is responsible for selling and servicing BMO ETFs and ETF-based mutual funds in an assigned geographic region, assisting BMO GAM in meeting annual plan sales and revenue targets.

The role is responsible for developing sales of BMO ETFs and related ETF based products through direct sales activity and through multi-channel partnerships in the assigned region.  A core component of the position is creating effective partnerships with the assigned BMO Global Asset Management Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).  The ETF Specialist role provides the RSMs with sales support, promotional assistance and education on BMO ETFs and other BMO ETF related products.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Performance Reporting & Tracking

• Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing commercial reporting eco-system  

• Act as strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization wide performance reporting, including executive reporting.  

• Lead identification of information needs and development of project plans to address those needs

• Develop and execute creation of in-house dataset to drive patient and HCP insights into infrastructure of care

Technical Skills

• Strong reporting and analytical skills to be able to synthesize and validate various inputs, and ability to communicate “the story” to commercial leadership

• Known subject matter expert for quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.

• Extensive experience in the design and management of secondary data analytics.

• Previous demonstrated experience in using innovative techniques to monitor, simulate and analyze complex data sets preferred.

• Ability to assess and direct vendor technical capabilities and manage risks in the analytic process.

Capital Markets and Direct Financial Services provides integrated services and products aimed at serving investors as well as corporate and institutional clients globally. The Capital Markets business is a recognized leader in the industry specializing in investment banking advisory services, corporate lending and research. The successful applicant will provide Business Management support to Global Markets and Direct Financial Services (GM & DFS). The incumbent will be the primary individual responsible for Business Management functions across the Global Markets & DFS business. How You’ll Succeed

• Strategic & Business Planning -Support and contribute to strategic and business planning, supporting GM & DFS Business Managers and Head of GM & DFS; Partner with infrastructure groups to implement/execute strategic and business plans; Project manage new initiatives, including Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs).

• Finance/MIS - Work with business, Business Managers and/or Finance Business Support to develop. Management and Board Presentations; Quarterly Operational Risk Dashboard and analysis; and other presentations.

• Cross-Functional Relationships - Strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing the incumbent to work alongside the business, including Head of GM & DFS, on a day-to-day basis; Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners in CIBC, including, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Technology, Legal and Compliance and other corporate governance groups as required to help address and resolve day-to-day issues as well as deliver on business initiatives; and Maintain regular dialogue with regional business managers and their teams as required on global initiatives and issues.

Who You Are

• You possess knowledge of Financial Products (products and processes) with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Financial Services industry is an asset;

• You have university degree in Business Management/Accounting Designation. CA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent, is preferred;

• You have strong problem solving, analytical, judgment and change implementation capabilities;

• You have the ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with the business, as well as peers, and wide variety of stakeholders (Finance, Middle Office, Risk Management, Technology, etc.);

• Advanced proficiency in Excel as demonstrated by previous experience creating and manipulating complex spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) required

• Previous ERP costing experience (SAP / JDE highly desirable) related to standard cost build-ups and work order variance analysis.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Regional Property Managers and Property Managers on creating and implementing strategic marketing plans.

• Develop community marketing budgets. Operate within this budget and make recommendations for marketing (advertisements, collateral, promotional events and gifts) as necessary.

• Coach community staff on how to properly engage, track and follow-up with neighborhood outreach efforts.

• Work with onsite teams and vendor to ensure marketing collateral is correct and fits within the property and Cushman & Wakefield brand standards.

• Spot check and provide feedback on the advertising checklist and Craigslist postings for all communities.

• Monitor community marketing initiatives in accordance with the strategic plan and adjust based on specific needs to maximize traffic.

• Maintain knowledge of competitive market conditions. Obtain and review a copy of the market survey for each community.

• Knowledge of and ability to extract management information from all management sources and systems and ability this data to each community’s marketing needs. (Review analytics and make recommendations)

• Support marketing initiatives at the community level by reinforcing monthly marketing calls, new resources/rollouts and providing training and coaching to staff as necessary. On a limited basis, review collateral material from both internal and external graphic design and printing sources.

• Provide feedback to ensure all marketing communication material adheres to brand standards. Recognize any collateral or business practices that are not in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield brand standards or other requirements. Provide assistance in updating these items to the company standards.

• Understand various marketing products to be able to ensure correct pricing, availability, photos, etc. is being shown online.

• Assist with facilitation of monthly marketing calls.

• Ability to troubleshoot a struggling asset and come up with an action plan to increase occupancy, resolve challenges, etc.

• Attend bimonthly RVP calls with your regions. Prepare discussion materials for regional meetings. Monitor the execution and completion of tasks identified during these meetings or calls

• Encourages a direct and positive relationship between community and company.

• Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market.

• Participate in new business opportunities within the region and be the primary point of contact for Marketing with new business endeavors within the region.

• Provide direction, guidance and support to Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator positions.

• Performs any and all other projects and tasks as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education and/or Experience: College degree or 3 plus years of industry experience in a marketing discipline.

• Property and marketing experience preferred. Knowledge of Yardi product suite is a plus Skills/Specialized Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Take initiative and work independently while contributing to the overall success of the Cushman & Wakefield marketing department and team.

• Effectively organize, prioritize and time manage workload Maintains discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information.
