The FinOps business analyst must be able operate independently with the ability to influence and coalesce with solution teams across the organization to manage cloud spend and drive effective optimization. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The FinOps Analyst role will work within the FinOps product domain within DHS.  This role will collaborate closely with the FinOps product owner, engineering team, and cloud consumers to manage and optimize Pfizer’s cloud environments.  Key aspects of this role include identifying areas of cloud waste, improving cloud tagging hygiene, and working with cloud consumers on best practices.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cloud, ability to translate consumption to costs, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Drive FinOps product initiatives that include self-service capabilities for cost visibility and optimization activities.
• Maintain and enhance the presentation and reporting layer of the foundational FinOps tooling.
• Work collaboratively with external parties including cloud suppliers (e.g. AWS) and Pfizer DHS strategic suppliers as part of reporting and optimization activities.
• Partner with the DHS Engineering Practice to prioritize FinOps automation activities that add the most value to the overall Platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and customers on cloud consumption models, assist in driving down unit rate costs, and aide teams in forecasting spend.

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with experience utilizing cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of cloud-specific experience with Amazon Web Services; demonstrated experience with AWS Cost Candidates must be highly motivated and capable of working independently.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Generative AI Medical Content Lead will drive leadership in AI-based scientific innovations and engagements across medical affairs initiatives. This role works closely across Global Medical Categories, Pfizer Digital, and other cross functional stakeholders to lead+ strategies and initiatives advancing the science of AI across Pfizer’s therapeutic areas: Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Vaccines.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Achieve
Vaccine Account Managers (VAM) collaborate with Pfizer partners to grow appropriate use of Pfizer Vaccines and the overall immunization rates of organized customers by identifying shared objectives, aligning resources and deploying innovative solutions to achieve targeted clinical and business results.

This is accomplished through identifying, prioritizing, and managing opportunities to affect access, immunization practices, programs, education, and processes that will increase the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines. A VAM’s primary focus is to ensure access to the Pfizer vaccine portfolio by leading contract negotiations with assigned customers and to improve immunization rates through the development of productive relationships with key decision makers.
Areas of customer focus include but are not limited to administrative and decision making roles of all levels at integrated health systems, large hospital systems, health insurance plans, state departments of health, county/city health departments, coalitions, military accounts (VA/DoD), advocacy groups/coalitions, and CBOs. This role is responsible for leading the Automation Support Team, which is comprised of Process Automation Technicians, Life Safety Automation Technicians, and an Automation Asset Engineer.  The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic plans for the Automation Support Department.  They must have strong long term planning capabilities and will be required to make decisions from a wholistic perspective. This role will be responsible for fostering a safety centered culture, building a high performing team, and developing individual team members to allow them to reach their full potential.    

This role manages all efforts to optimize maintenance and life cycle care for all the Process Automation hardware and software assets for the API Operations (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), the Site Utility and Environmental Systems as well as the Pilot Plant to secure supply reliability.

In this role the successful candidate will be managing the Automation Asset maintenance programs, Automation Development Systems, Automation Training Systems, Automation Backup Systems and the technical support and Automation Hub provider relations.

This role collaborates closely with API Automation Engineers, external technology and service providers, API Maintenance personnel and all operational customers.

• Drive adult vaccines sales in the Buffalo territory to include the counties of Erie, Niagara, Genesee and Monroe to maximize approved business objectives

Qualifications
Must-Have   

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following:

• Professional Sales or Promotional Activity

• Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management

• Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)

• Full time Military experience

• Must live within 20 miles of the border of the territory

• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards

    
Nice-To-Have   

• 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing

• Strong track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability and accountability

• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $71,700 to $180,200. In addition, this position offers an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus. What You Will Achieve

Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing engineering projects, serving as a liaison between project engineers and planning, project team, and line management. You will review project status, budgets, schedules and preparing status reports. How You Will Achieve It

• This is an individual contributor role.

• Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the department.

• Assure projects are completed within approved scope, budget, schedule, and alignment with the master plan.

• Assist project sponsors with the preparation of Capital Project Appropriation requests (CPAs).

• Effectively interact with leadership and partner with Operations to establish priorities and define requirements for the portfolio of projects within the assigned area.

• Maintain technical skills in the latest techniques for project management and pharmaceutical processing technology.

• Work in a business partner relationship with operations to lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact, high-criticality capital projects supporting update and expansion of operations at Pfizer's product manufacturing facility.

• Ensure our pharmaceutical capital investments use the best technology, have the best outcomes for our business, and align with contemporary standards.

• Serve as subject matter expert for one or more critical processing areas.

• Possess and maintain a working familiarity with current industry best practices in these areas.

• Lead all aspects of facility planning for the site, including facility strategies, execute facility capital projects, determine facility capital investments etc.

• Interface with engineering team to ensure project compliance with applicable Pfizer Global Manufacturing (PGM) standards, follow all PGM best practices and comply with Pfizer Quality Standards.

• Develop business plans to enable forecasting and occupant tracking system.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Applicant must have HS Diploma with ten years of relevant experience.

• OR an Associate's degree with eight years of experience.

• OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience.

• OR a Master’s degree with more than three years of experience.

• OR a Ph.D. with 0-2 years of experience.   

• Good working knowledge of {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} and facility/equipment validation requirements.

• Demonstrated commitment to values-based leadership.

• Strong project and process management skills.

• Ability to track performance against approved plans and react appropriately to unexpected outcomes.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.

• User level computer knowledge for completing documentation and email.
