Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol South.

The hours of work are 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. You are required to every other Sunday, and get one full weekend off per month. Saturday hours are 8:30am - 5pm, Sunday hours are 11am - 5pm.

Benefits include the use of a company vehicle and an OTE up to £50,000.

As a Sales Executive with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our amazing team based out of Tarmac Stancombe Office, in Flax Bourton, Bristol. This is an office based highly skilled account manager role operating and achieving commercial success through telephony, email and teams. This role is commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

This role will directly manage, engage and develop a predetermined portfolio of Tarmac customer accounts aligned to the commercial strategy. You will also ensure optimum success with direct customer account management. Success determined by the achievement of profit, revenue and tonnage target requirements in line with all commercial expectations.

Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Supervisor, the role of Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for customer management, focusing on managing, developing and being the first point of contact for a portfolio of accounts determined by the commercial management team. Your role will also involve commercial planning ensuring all accounts within your portfolio are managed by the creation of accurate, relevant and up to date Account Action Plans.

The Internal Sales Representative will also be responsible for:

• Commercial Process – Ensure that all commercial target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach aligned with commercial strategy.
• Commercial Intelligence – To forge relationships beyond immediate account portfolio with key influencers to gather market and commercial intelligence. Feed relevant data into the Sales Pipeline management process, sharing and escalating knowledge within the business for commercial gain.
• Relationship Management - Building and maintaining relationships with predetermined portfolio of customer accounts; managing successful internal relationships.
• Customer Service - Ensuring the customer service expectations are met through influence developing a service excellence ethos.
• Sales Management - In accordance with predetermined financial expectations, through account management achieve the securing of targeted levels of revenue and profit with pricing decisions all in accordance with Tarmac Pricing Policies
• Full compliance with the competition act 1998

The ideal candidate for the role of Internal Sales Representative will have previous sales experience and be able to create rapport through considered questioning and accurate active listening. You will also demonstrate the ability to build relationships and trust through providing solutions to a customer’s pain derived from explorative interaction.

In addition to proven sales capability suitable candidates for the role of Internal Sales Representative will also:

• Understand how to gain commitment and always be aware of how to ‘close the deal’
• Be able to handle situations in a positive manner where conflict exists without giving away company liability
• Demonstrate skills in tracking and developing portfolio of accounts forging working relationships with customers and being the ‘go to person’ for own customers
• Know how to negotiate using effective questioning and listening to establish customer needs vs. wants. Proficient in convincing /persuading others
• Be effective at adapting appropriate approaches to influence and persuade others
• Have experience using IT systems and when taking calls demonstrate a consistent professional style and approach
• Have proven self-management including flexibly, prioritising, planning, monitoring own activity and progress
• Have experience making decisions and adopting a systematic process which accounts for options, risks and commercial gain in line with the needs of the business and the Tarmac Pricing Policies

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking an experienced Technical & Environmental Sales professional to join their clients team in Bristol. This role will primarily focus on tendering for small scale construction projects, specifically in the area of subsoil removal and supply of aggregates. You will be responsible for planning and organising of the excavation, transportation, and removal of subsoil material from construction sites.

As the Technical & Environmental Sales representative, you will work closely with their construction partners and clients to identify opportunities for subsoil removal and supply of aggregates. You will utilise your technical knowledge and expertise to develop innovative solutions that are both cost-effective and environmentally sustainable. This will involve adhering to the CL:AIRE Waste Code of Practise and the Series 600 Earthworks Specification, as well as following the WRAP Protocol for waste management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to identify potential clients. You should also have experience in tendering for construction projects and a track record of successfully securing contract bids. In addition, knowledge of RPS247, Weighsoft, and Asbestos Awareness.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and construction partners. Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.

As our Technical & Environmental Sales representative, you will be responsible for:

● Tendering for small scale construction projects in the area of subsoil removal and supply of aggregates
● Produce plans to support onsite groundworks. Conveying information confidently.
● Using statistical analysis to determine contamination
● Classifying waste based on WM3 criteria and generating Hazwaste Online reports to be included in technical classifications along with Asbestos in soils.
● Understanding of verification reports to comply with conditions set out within local authority.
● Production of material management plans (MMPs) using CL:AIRE DoW CoP involving researching of prospective donor and receiver sites to check compliance under the terms of CL:AIRE DoW CoP. This requires the understanding of local authority planning portals, ground investigation reports, cut/ fill models and supporting information.
● Analytical review of site investigation reports from the perspective of Subsoil material classification using both WM3 and CL:AIRE legislation. This involves the technical review of ground investigation reports to identify commercial and compliance important information.
