Responsibilities

• Report to and work closely with the Catering Operations Manager
• Loading and unloading of equipment and food
• Punctual delivery of food and setting up of events according to Delivery Order requirements
• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements
• Responsible for proper handling of catering equipment.
• Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of vehicle.
• Exhibit excellent customer service.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor/ Catering Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Possess Singapore class 3/ 4 driving license with clean records and good driving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in simple English.
• Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
• Able to work independently and yet adhere to the strict timelines.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
• Able to work in a fast- paced environment.
• Experience in the set-up of buffet events will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore roads
