Remote 57 Medical Backend Staff Position
Role Overview
Support our online tele-consultation and enquiry service. This remote position working hours are from 8am to 8pm daily, including weekends and public holidays.
Work will be rostered such that you will work 20 days out of 30 days in a month.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage patient bookings via WhatsApp and Telegram chatbots
-Process patient information using 57 Medical Clinic Assist system
-Coordinate with doctors for patient consultations
-Enter diagnoses and process payments
-Generate and distribute medical certificates and invoices
-Arrange medication delivery through various services
-Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels
-Assist clinic staff with patient communications as needed
Workflow
-Receive and process patient bookings
-Review patient history and prepare information for doctors
-Facilitate doctor-patient consultations via Zoom or WhatsApp
-Update clinic systems with consultation outcomes
-Manage post-consultation tasks including documentation and delivery arrangements
Technical Requirements
-Proficiency in using clinic management software
Familiarity with communication platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom)
-Basic understanding of medical terminology
Compensation
-Base salary
-Performance incentive per successful tele-consultation

-Experience in call-centre roles and customer service roles will be a plus
