• Leads planning and preparation for, and execution of all executive culinary requirements supporting events hosted by the USCENTCOM Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and Senior Enlisted Leader, to include conferences, receptions, socials, ceremonies, as well as luncheons with distinguished visitors.
• Coordinates the effective planning, organizing, communicating, controlling and directing of assigned visits to Headquarters USCENTCOM by foreign dignitaries, members of Congress, Professional Staffers, General and Flag Officers, and civilian equivalents.
• Participates with the Command Protocol Director in the exercise of supervisory military personnel management responsibilities.
• Personally, meets and greets high-ranking dignitaries on their arrival and accompanies them through various phases of their visit ensuring they are accorded all honors and courtesies due to individuals of their rank/status.
• Incumbent is responsible to ensure the core classified national information protection security disciplines of information are fully covered from a policy and programmed view point to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements.

Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Branch Chief and Security Cooperation Program Manager within the Security Cooperation Division, providing expert advice in the analysis, planning, development, implementation and review of U.S. Security Assistance and Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs and resources in support of HQ USCENTCOM operations and DoD Policies. Serve as the Command's subject matter expert and lead directorate advisor for SA/SC programs and efforts within the Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate, USCENTCOM J5. Individual will collect, coordinate, evaluate, analyze and interpret SA/SC program information for countries within the USCENTCOM Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and Interest (AOI).

Duties:

• Manages the integration of Security Assistance and Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs and resources for the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Leads or participates in conferences or in task groups to development or refine concepts, plans or activities for matters related to Security Assistance and Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs and resources.
• Assists with the development of budgets for SA/SC programs, resources and activities.
• Interprets and implements local and higher echelon policies and regulations.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

• Plans, organizes, and oversees the current and future activities of the HQ USCENTCOM, Operations Directorate, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) J38 Division.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Develops, analyzes, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for Headquarters, United States Central Command Theater Air and Missile Defense plans.
• Participates in discussions, meetings, committees or special projects and presents briefings and prepares recommendations and reports.
