We are delighted to announce that we are looking for an ambitious, talented and enthusiastic Curriculum Leader for Maths to join our flourishing team.
With direction from the Head of Area, you will innovate in curriculum and deliver dynamic teaching and learning. You will be a key member of the College's Management Team and contribute to operational and strategic management initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for an inspiring leader, with a record of successful teaching, to lead the Maths team to further improvements in learners' outcomes in Maths. You will hold a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification and have evidence of producing excellent achievements for your learners.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to provide invaluable guidance and support to your team of Maths lecturers, ensuring that both individual and team goals are met and exceeded. With your strategic input, we can drive our success even further.
Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject, you will have extensive experience of leading and motivating a team of staff and a track record of teaching to a high standard. Excellent knowledge of curriculum and a recognised teaching qualification are essential.
