Job Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Buildercast Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving marketing strategies, and promoting our services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct market appraisals of properties to provide accurate valuations for
potential sellers or landlords
● List and market properties for sale or rent, including creating property
descriptions, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers
● Provide advice and guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout
the property transaction process
● Manage the administrative tasks associated with property transactions, such as
preparing contracts and handling deposits and payments
● Keep up-to-date with local property market trends, including changes in property
values, rental rates, and legal and regulatory requirements, in order to provide the
best possible service to clients.
