The Schulte Group Management Trainee Programme seeks to accelerate the development of recent graduates through a dynamic working environment as they plan to build their career in years to come. The program helps them towards becoming well-rounded, global professionals through a combination of learning techniques that will help them build excellent foundations.
Trainees can look forward to a rotational program, over a period of 18 to 24 months, to work across the Group’s business units and subsidiaries among different departments, companies and countries and onboard our vessels. These modules will cover shipping industry knowledge, business development, general management and leadership related topics.
Some of the functional areas that Trainees will gain experience of working in through role rotation include Finance, Chartering, Cruise, Offshore, Software Solutions, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Diving, Ship Operations, Procurement and Ship Supply, Supply Chain Management, Insurance, Software Solutions in addition to Shipmanagement and Ship Owning. The final framework will be agreed for your Program once you have started.
Thereafter the trainees will be assigned with an appropriate position within the Schulte Group whose content we will discuss timely before the end of the Trainee Program.
The said role is only for 4 months

· Suitable Bachelor’s degree from a reputable higher learning institute
· Leadership qualities demonstrated through, for example, active
· participation in student council or other extracurricular activities
· Mature, adaptable, analytical and capable of working well with others
· Good organisational and communication skills
