Responsibilities
- Execution of all accounting functions & full set of accounts including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Balance sheets
- Bank reconciliation
- Cashflow & income statements
- Financial statements
- General ledger
- Invoices
- Payroll
- P&L
- GST filing, commission, CPF & tax calculation
- Prepare audit schedule for financial year-end audit
- Process invoices & payment requests on time
- Maintain relationships & resolve any discrepancies with auditors, clients, colleagues, financial institutions, stakeholders & vendors
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & standards with internal policies
- Book keeping, budgeting & forecasting
- Monitor expenses & suggest cost control measures
- Manage cashflow to ensure sufficient liquidity
- Analyse financial reports & provide performance updates to justify strategic recommendations
- Monitor company's financial health & improve its financial position
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Any other financial and accounting duties as required
Requirements
· Degree in Accounting & Finance or the equivalent
· Relevant experience strongly preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & mainstream accounting software
· Confident handling full spectrum of accounting duties with minimal supervision
· A dependable self-starter with a thorough understanding of statutory regulations, accounting principles & procedures
· Able to multi task with a high degree of accuracy
· Comfortable working independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
· Driven & detail-oriented individual with positive working attitude, strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
*S pass salary: 3150-3200
