Job Profile Summary
The Information Security Analyst will support the Cybersecurity Business Measurement & Reporting Department in the development and reporting of operational performance and risk reporting. Specifically, by reviewing, defining and documenting customer request requirements, supporting metric lifecycle management, and supporting operational and senior management reporting, as well as supporting the functions operational process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Handling data warehouse, metric and visualizations request End to End working within an Agile Scrum methodology. Including but not limited to gathering and writing business and functional requirements through customer requirement review sessions.
• Developing effective Agile User Stories from requirements gathering session, testing/validating completed development work, writing User Acceptance/Test Scripts, and obtaining Customer Sign-off through the UAT Process.

• Serve as a liaison between the customer and the application development team to meet request requirements and expectations.
