Individual to be involved in:
1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design specifications.
2. Ensure seamless project execution. Monitor daily tasks and responsibilities.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
4. Track project budgets, manage costs, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget. Proactively address any financial risks or overruns.
5. Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans to mitigate them. Proactively resolve project challenges.
6. Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations and adheres to quality standards and industry regulations.
7. Select, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality standards.
