Roles & Responsibilities
· Daily food preparation in accordance to food safety and quality standard.
· Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for food preparation need.
· Ensure work station and kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times during food preparation.
· Ensure proper handling of all food and ingredients in accordance to food freshness preservation standards and procedures.
· Responsible for personal hygiene and adhering to safety procedures when using equipment and utensils.
· Ensure all ingredients are stored and use in accordance to First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
· Packing of customers’ orders prior to delivery.
· Support daily production needs.
