Are you an experienced Quality Administrator seeking a new permanent job? Would you like to work for a very successful, highly reputable and well-established market-leading company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire who offer hybrid working? If so, this could be just the job for you!
Your duties as a Quality Administrator include:
• Maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Managing document control, monitoring non-conformance reports, conducting audits and supporting supplier monitoring
• Ensuring that the organisation maintains its commitment to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conducting system audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
• Supporting the maintenance and updating of the department's training matrix to ensure competency and compliance among staff
• Producing a number of monthly reports on the current position of Audits, Audit findings, CAPA, Extension requests etc
• Collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders across departments, including but not limited to Quality Assurance teams, Production teams, Document Control personnel, and Training coordinators
You will have:
• Previous experience of working within a Quality environment (QMS)
• An understanding of auditing
• Good communication and computer skills
• Excellent administration skills
• First class attention to detail
